Now Teach has four core values which encompass how we work together and what we are driven by.

We design everything we do around the real needs of those we serve—staying curious, purposeful, and human in our approach.​ We ask ourselves:​ "Who matters most, and what do they truly need?"

We thrive by learning. By developing and sharing our knowledge, skills and mindset, we strengthen our ability to deliver impact.​ We ask ourselves:​ "What are we learning, and how can it deliver impact?”​

We drive ourselves through intentional action. We support one another, take initiative, adapt where needed and keep going—even when it’s hard.​ We ask ourselves:​ "Where should I keep digging, to unearth gold?”

We form partnerships and networks rooted in trust and shared purpose—knowing that together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone.​ We ask ourselves:​ “How can we bring people with us?”
